Digital products
This covers the Starter Vault, the “What Bank Pulls What” lender list, and any other course, workbook or download.
Digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, so all sales are final.
That said, I want you to get what you paid for. If you can’t get into your product, something is broken, or what you received isn’t what the sales page described, email me at support@ogblueprints.com within 7 days of purchase. I’ll fix your access, answer your questions, or work out a solution with you. Any refund is at my discretion.
Business Fundability Session (1-on-1)
- You can reschedule once, free, if you tell me at least 24 hours before your session.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t show up, the session is used and isn’t refunded.
- If I have to cancel and we can’t find a new time that works for you, you get a full refund.
- Unused sessions expire 60 days after purchase.
Before you contact your bank
Please email me first. Almost every problem gets solved faster that way, usually within 1 business day. A card dispute can take weeks, and access to your product is paused while it’s open.
