This policy explains what information this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to creditintocapital.com and the email list operated from it.
What is collected
If you join the email list, I collect the email address you give and, where you choose to provide it, a first name. This is handled by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which stores it on my behalf.
If you take a quiz or complete a form, I collect the answers you provide. These are used to send you the result and to decide what to send you next.
Automatically, this site and its providers may record standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page — for security and to understand which pages are useful.
I do not collect Social Security numbers, credit report credentials, bank logins, or payment card details through this website. If you are ever asked for those on a page claiming to be this site, it is not this site.

To send you what you asked for, to keep the site secure, to understand what to write next, and to comply with law.

- Bluehost — hosting
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): measures how many people visit, which pages they read, and which site or platform sent them. It does not receive your name or email address.
- Security services used by the host, which may set cookies

Cookies
Cookies are used for basic site function, security, and to understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. They hold a random identifier, not anything that names you. If you would rather not be counted at all, Google publishes a browser add-on that switches Analytics off everywhere you browse: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom
- Ask what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing the address below
- Opt out of analytics with Google’s browser add-on, or by turning on your browser’s Do Not Track or tracking protection
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Ask and I will honour them regardless of where you live.
Retention
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially I will update the date above.
