I’m Flo. I built the Credit-to-Capital Blueprint to help everyday people turn personal credit into real business capital — without gurus, without gimmicks.
Why this exists
I kept watching capable people get denied for funding, not because their business was bad, but because nobody had told them the order of operations. They applied to the wrong lender first. They took an inquiry they did not need. They opened the entity after they applied instead of before.
None of that is a knowledge problem you can fix by reading more tips. It is a sequencing problem, and sequencing is exactly what most free advice leaves out — because it is the part that takes real work to write down.
So I wrote it down.
How I write
Three rules I hold myself to:
Specific over vague. “Pay it down before the statement closes” is useful. “Keep utilization low” is not.
Timelines that are real. If something takes four to six months, I say four to six months. I would rather lose your attention than waste it.
Named institutions where I have the detail. Which bureau a lender pulls, how long an inquiry window runs, what actually precedes a limit increase. That is the part that is hard to find and the part that changes outcomes.
What I do not do
I do not repair credit, and I do not take money for it. I am not a licensed credit services organization, and nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
What I do is education, and separately, I help business owners get their profile fundable and placed with lenders that fit it — on a fee-only basis. If you need dispute work done for you, I will point you to someone licensed for it rather than take it on.
